Check the schedule below to register for our GRiT (GrassRoots individualized Training Program), where workouts are personalized and you will be paired with a workout partner or your trainer will work with you directly to maximize individualized guidance and leverage the benefits of partner training.
GRiT training sessions are scheduled in 12 week segments with Vald Force Deck testing to start and re-testing at the end so that you can see your progress and evaluate your training needs to continue to make gains!
