Groups will have a maximum of 8 participants so that everyone gets individualized guidance from our trainers on your workout.
Small group sessions are scheduled in 6 week segments with Vald Force Deck testing to start and re-testing at the end so that you can see your progress and evaluate your training needs to continue to make gains!
